Okay, so, the boy did continue to grow, and we continued to fall more in love with him every day, as evidenced by the sheer volume of photos we took. A selection:
Not only did Dad clearly learn to multitask...

But Mama did, too!

Some fun stuff:

A visit from Oma Deborah, Auntie Dodie and Uncle Brent - yay!
Christmas tree hunting:
And some more fun stuff!
From just today (January 22nd) - 3-month-old Evan:
In his big-boy stroller:
Hanging with Cousin Rider and Uncle Cody:
Napping:
Happy waterbaby:
Clearly figuring out this smile thing!
Christmas Day in the addition!
Bundled-up Badger Baby:
And, hey, look! Some work got done on the house, too! Here are the boys putting in the wood floor upstairs just a few days ago - yahoo! Getting close now...
And, for fun, Evan's stats from his 3-month appointment:
Weight: 13 lbs, 4 oz
Height: 26.75 inches (for the record, that is literally OFF the charts - he's above the 90th percentile! Think he has a tall daddy or what?)
New skills he has picked up are, smiling, cooing, reaching for things, having a bath like a big boy (without his little newborn hammock), holding his head up, and - just once, so far - rolling over. Also, he's mastered the skill of turning himself (on his back) in a complete 360-degree circle by scooting - hilarious. He LOVES hands, not only his own, but anybody else's that comes within reaching distance, and everything in the world is starting to go into his mouth for further observation. In short, he's a perfectly wonderful 3-month-old baby boy! Lucky us, indeed...
